News 4th October 2000 Change to Matchday Meeting Time
At a meeting held at the Pied Bull on Wednesday 3rd October, it was decided (with effect from Sunday 7th October),that the meeting time
will now be 9:30 at the usual place. You MUST be there to ensure your place in the team, as the sides will
be picked and we will then depart to the ground(s).
This has come about for two reasons:
1. To avoid any further fines for late kick offs (£35 so far....).
2. Most importantly, to give each team valuable preparation time, to have a good discussion on the plan of action for the game.
Most matchdays so far, we have just turned up and had to start playing without any prior instructions and mutual encouragement.
For CUP MATCHES we will meet at 9:15.
Please endeavour to get there on time.
